Ski Trainers Workshop: Kevin Fultz said only trainers showed up.  These are not the people who need to attend.  Discussion followed about how to get more people involved and what the individual patrols need.

Awards: Kathy Young recommends that Section Chiefs and Patrol Reps being thinking now about getting nominations together.  We applauded Caberfae Peaks National Small Patrol award.

Election Nominations: Section WM2 nominations open December 1 and close December 31.  Send nominations to Erica Krol.  If there is only one candidate there will be no election held.  Requirements are on the web site – the biggest one being to support the NSP program.

WM3 Section: Brian Klebba said Refresher was completed at Crystal Mountain this past weekend and Caberfae Peaks at the end of September.  Discussion of joining Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks in the future.  Brian feels that Crystal Mountain wishes to continue independently.  Tony Wolfer asked Brian to please contact their management about allowing other patrollers to attend.  Karen Hadden said that she attended both refreshers with Hank Herlilck.  Quality was good at both and changes would have been required if it wasn’t.
